- Take a Walk: Take a walk down the corridors to catch up with colleagues or instead of sending emails to your boss, get up and go see him/her.
- Printer Calf Raises: Waiting for all your piles of documents to print on a slow printer, why not do some calf raises whilst you’re waiting.
- Chair Swivel: If you’re lucky enough to have a turning chair, sitting upright and with the feet hovering over the floor, hold the edge of your desk with your fingers and thumb. Next, swivel the chair from side to side.
